If the gap is too small, the movement resistance will increase, the temperature will rise, and the wear will increase. If the gap is too large, the lubricating oil will leak, the oil film will not form easily, the wear will worsen, the parts will be impacted, and the parts will be damaged more. The main contents of maintenance are debugging, cleaning and oil change, especially the regular cleaning of debris in the old oil. 2. Improper adjustment of the roller fitting brake valve pressure causes air working pressure. The normal working pressure is 0.6-0.8 MPa. There are two main situations. One is that the pressure of the pressure regulating valve (including clothes dryers with pressure regulating valves) is set too high or too low, which can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting bolt on the pressure regulating valve. In another case, if the pressure of the safety valve If it is set too high or too low, a safety valve is placed on the cylinder to drain and protect the cylinder if the pressure in the cylinder is too high. The adjustment method is also to rotate the adjusting bolt on the safety valve. After adjustment, be sure to check whether the pressure on the pressure gauge is normal.

3. The foot brake pedal is improperly adjusted, so that the foot brake pedal is pressed to the bottom and the brake valve fails to fully open, causing air throttling and reducing the pressure after the air passes through the brake valve. In this case, it is difficult to deal with. First observe the pedal to see if it touches the bottom of the tower crane when it is large.
