1. The road roller operator should be trained to fully understand the structure and performance of the small roller, and have a certain amount of experience in operation and maintenance before operating the small roller. Product protection instructions provided by the manufacturer are required for the operator to operate the equipment. Read the protective instructions before operating the mini roller and follow the requirements of the thousand documents for operation and transfer.

2. In order to prevent overheating when the drum is in operation, care should normally be taken that the work load over a period of time does not exceed 80% of the rated work load and that the proper amount of work is distributed.

3. It is recommended to check the agitation of each meter frequently, and stop the machine in time to solve the problem if there is any abnormality. If the cause cannot be found, complete the operation before troubleshooting.

4. Please check the position and nature of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, brake fluid and fuel (water) frequently, and pay attention to check the sealing of the whole machine. If the inspection finds too much oil and water, you need to analyze the reason. In addition, in order to strengthen the lubrication of each lubrication point, it is recommended to add grease to the lubrication point every shift during grinding (except for special requirements).

5. Clean the machine, adjust it in time, and tighten the loose parts to prevent the parts from wearing out or being lost.

6. Stop the grinding time, forcible delivery of the machine, do a good job of reviewing and adjusting, pay attention to the flow change.
