Second, double drum roller hydraulic system maintenance
1. Check the mounting bolts of filters, valves, motors, oil pumps, cylinders, etc.. Whether it is loose, whether the connections are leaking oil.
2. Observe the oil level meter on the side of the tank. If the hydraulic oil is too little, add filtered hydraulic oil of the same brand.
3. The hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned and replaced every six months. When adding or replacing oil, be careful not to mix impurities and dirt into the tank. The new oil added or replaced needs to be filtered beforehand.
4. No. 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used for hydraulic oil.
5. The hydraulic oil filter should be cleaned or replaced every 500 hours.
Third, the maintenance of double drum roller vibrating wheel
1. Replace the lubricating oil of the vibrating wheel every 1000 hours. At any time to check the vibratory wheel lubricating oil has no leakage; check the oil level, turn the gas port to the upper right, open the gas port so that the oil leakage, until no leakage or less leakage so far.

Maintenance of main clutch of double drum roller
1. In addition to adjusting the operating mechanism of the main clutch at any time, attention should be paid to checking and adjusting the end of its three separating rods in the same plane, and keep a certain gap between the main clutch and the separating bearing (0.4 ~ 0.7 millimeters).
2. When the main clutch is engaged and disengaged, it should be done smoothly and moderately, without excessive force. When the clutch is engaged, the clutch pedal needs to be returned to its original position to fully engage the clutch. When the clutch is disengaged, the pedal needs to be pressed to the bottom to fully disengage the clutch. Be sure to prevent the clutch from being half-clutched and half-engaged during operation to avoid burning out the clutch.
3. Be sure to check the main clutch to avoid the surface of the friction plate and pressure plate being contaminated by engine oil.
Side drive maintenance of double drum rollers
Due to the low speed and heavy load of side drive, it is easy to be polluted by dust, soil and sand. Always pay attention to check its lubrication, regularly clean the mud and sand and fine stone chips on the gears, and apply a new layer of calcium-based grease to avoid damage accidents.
