Double drum roller is a kind of heavy-duty rolling machinery and equipment. Commonly used in high grade requirements of transportation projects, such as highways, railroads, river and sea dams, bridge foundations.

Double drum roller plays an important role in highway construction. The efficiency of double drum rollers plays a key role in the quality of road crushing. Therefore, the operation and maintenance of double drum roller equipment is very important. Correct understanding of double drum roller maintenance in the misunderstanding, the implementation of scientific maintenance methods, to ensure the normal operation of the double drum roller, the quality of highway engineering is of great significance.

First, double drum roller gearbox maintenance

1. Gearbox cleaning at least once a quarter. Cleaning, first of all, in the hot state, parking unscrew the gearbox side end of the oil drain plug, the gearbox lubricant drain, and then screw on the oil plug, to the gearbox filling kerosene, start the diesel engine, so that the gearbox running at low speed for 2-3 minutes. Stop the car to drain the kerosene, clean the oil plug and screw it to the gearbox.

2. No. 20 gearbox gear oil.

3. Always check and adjust the positioning device of the speed regulating mechanism and reversing gears to keep the gears in the correct position, so as not to cause gear-shifting accidents.

4. Always check the leakage of each seal of the gearbox. If the seals are damaged, replace them promptly.

5. Always check the connecting bolts between the gearbox and the frame and tighten them when necessary to avoid loosening or falling off.

Second, double drum roller hydraulic system maintenance

1. Check the mounting bolts of filters, valves, motors, oil pumps, cylinders, etc.. Whether it is loose, whether the connections are leaking oil.

2. Observe the oil level meter on the side of the tank. If the hydraulic oil is too little, add filtered hydraulic oil of the same brand.

3. The hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned and replaced every six months. When adding or replacing oil, be careful not to mix impurities and dirt into the tank. The new oil added or replaced needs to be filtered beforehand.

4. No. 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used for hydraulic oil.

5. The hydraulic oil filter should be cleaned or replaced every 500 hours.

Third, the maintenance of double drum roller vibrating wheel

1. Replace the lubricating oil of the vibrating wheel every 1000 hours. At any time to check the vibratory wheel lubricating oil has no leakage; check the oil level, turn the gas port to the upper right, open the gas port so that the oil leakage, until no leakage or less leakage so far.

2. Replace the vibrating wheel lubricating oil during maintenance, and pay attention to cleanliness when changing the oil.

3. Use CD grade 30 diesel engine oil for the lubricating oil.

4. Lubrication and maintenance of walking bearings, after 20 days of average use of the whole machine, add enough calcium-based grease in the corresponding oil cup position.

Maintenance of main clutch of double drum roller

1. In addition to adjusting the operating mechanism of the main clutch at any time, attention should be paid to checking and adjusting the end of its three separating rods in the same plane, and keep a certain gap between the main clutch and the separating bearing (0.4 ~ 0.7 millimeters).

2. When the main clutch is engaged and disengaged, it should be done smoothly and moderately, without excessive force. When the clutch is engaged, the clutch pedal needs to be returned to its original position to fully engage the clutch. When the clutch is disengaged, the pedal needs to be pressed to the bottom to fully disengage the clutch. Be sure to prevent the clutch from being half-clutched and half-engaged during operation to avoid burning out the clutch.

3. Be sure to check the main clutch to avoid the surface of the friction plate and pressure plate being contaminated by engine oil.

Side drive maintenance of double drum rollers

Due to the low speed and heavy load of side drive, it is easy to be polluted by dust, soil and sand. Always pay attention to check its lubrication, regularly clean the mud and sand and fine stone chips on the gears, and apply a new layer of calcium-based grease to avoid damage accidents.

Six, double drum roller diesel engine maintenance

1. The maintenance of the diesel engine should be carried out in accordance with the instructions for the use and maintenance of the diesel engine.

2. Roller lubrication

3. The lubrication of double drum roller is ordinary lubricant except for hinge and steering cylinder ends which use pressure-resistant lithium-based lubricant.
